Jupyter Notebooks - SeekWell

SeekWell is a tool for creating and scheduling Jupyter notebooks to run queries on your database(s). It works on all cloud services we currently support: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Amazon RDS, Microsoft SQL Server, Google Cloud SQL, and Azure SQL Database. It works on all Jupyter notebook engines that support Python 3, including JupyterLab and the Jupyter Server. It is a fully-featured SQL interface, letting you query all of the supported databases using SQL commands and all of the supported data types. It provides two modes, for daily and hourly execution, and supports running a query and then connecting to your database to continue running the script later. It supports copying queries from other Sheets or CSVs, and it supports sending results from the Notebook to other Sheets in the same or different Notebooks.

If you are a developer or analyst who needs to analyze data and build reports, you can create your own custom dashboards and automated reports without leaving Sheets. You can create a query that connects to your database, writes the query results to a CSV, reads the data from the CSV, and then write the results to a Sheets query that you can connect to. You can even write a query that connects to your database, writes the query results to a query.py, reads the data from the query.py file, and then write the results to a Sheets query that you can connect to. It works for data in SQL databases and files. You can copy a query from one Sheet to another in the same or different Notebooks.
